Statuses
- Active — has access, active.
- Deleted — soft delete — login blocked, data/history kept.
Scenario — «Onboard a new buyer»
- Users → “Add new user” → Email + role “Buyer”.
- Set the Team Lead and a unique Buyer Code (= group in Keitaro/Binom).
- Choose the creative permission (if needed).
- After accepting the invite, the buyer connects their Facebook accounts.
Good to know
- Setting the Buyer Code: if the tracker is connected, simply pick the buyer's campaign group from the dropdown. If it isn't connected, enter it manually — in Keitaro it's the Campaign group ID (numeric), in Binom the Campaign group name in brackets (e.g. [017]). It must be unique in the company and match the tracker group exactly, or the buyer's data won't appear in analytics.
- A role changes only within its “family” (e.g. Buyer ↔ Team Lead Buyer); Buyer → Manager only via re-creation.
- Creative permission affects only the Content module; in Campaigns Statistics a buyer always sees only their own data.
- Team structure: a Team is a named entity; a Team Lead is assigned to a Team (never standalone); a Buyer belongs to exactly one Team; a Team can have several Team Leads. Create order: Team → Team Lead → Buyers.
