Reports

Flexible reports with arbitrary groupings. Unlike Campaigns Statistics (date drill-down), this is a flat table with any combination of groupings.

Access

AdminNoneManagerFullTeam Lead BuyerTeamBuyerOwn

Screen blocks

  • Filters — Offers, Partners, Teams, Users + date range (required).
  • Groupings — multi-select and order: Team, User, Agent, Offer, Offer Group, Partner, Creative, Ad Account, Facebook Account, Country. Order = row hierarchy.
  • Columns — pick metric columns (ROI, Profit, Spent, CPC, CPI, conversions…).
  • Download — instant Excel download of the report (synchronous).

Scenario — «Flat breakdown by offer and country»

  1. Pick a date range and filters (partner, offer).
  2. Groupings → add [Offer Group, Country] in the desired order.
  3. Columns → pick metrics (Spent, Revenue, ROI…).
  4. Download — get the Excel for a client/team report.

Good to know

  • Same data source as Campaigns Statistics (Keitaro/Binom + Facebook).
  • No OAS or custom metrics (those live only in Campaigns Statistics).
  • Grouping order matters: [Team, Offer] and [Offer, Team] give different structures.
  • A date range is required — there is no “all time” view.
  • A pink “Unknown ad account” badge appears when a tracker row's ad account can't be matched — matching here is client-side (after retrieval), so it shows more often than in Campaigns Statistics.
  • With no groupings selected, Reports returns a single summary row — a quick company/team-wide snapshot.
  • Download is synchronous (the Excel generates immediately), unlike the Campaigns Statistics Export background job.
