Why don't I see some modules in the menu?
Navigation depends on your role. If a module isn't available to your role, it's hidden. See the access matrix in “Intro”.
Why is the Campaigns Statistics table empty on open?
Data doesn't load automatically — choose filters and click “Apply filters”. This is intentional because the query can be heavy.
How do Campaigns Statistics and Reports differ?
Campaigns Statistics is a date drill-down with fixed levels, OAS and custom metrics. Reports is a flat table with arbitrary groupings (no OAS/custom metrics).
Why isn't a buyer's data showing in analytics?
Usually a wrong Buyer Code. CRM matches a buyer's data by their tracker campaign group — in Keitaro by the numeric Campaign group ID, in Binom by the group name containing the code in brackets (e.g. [017]). It must match the tracker group exactly.
What is a “Not connected” ad account?
An ad account present in tracker data but not linked in CRM. The 👁 icon shows the real Facebook Ad Account IDs found in the tracker parameters.
What are fake clicks and why do they exist?
Some Facebook clicks never reach the tracker. Daily at 3 AM UTC, CRM creates fake clicks for ads with spend but no clicks — so spend is attributed correctly and CPI is accurate.
Who manages agents and commissions?
The Agents module is available to Manager only. Commission = Spent × Commission% and is subtracted when computing Profit.
An account is “Token Expired” — what do I do?
The token doesn't refresh itself. Reconnect the account via OAuth in Facebook Accounts. While expired, new spend isn't pulled (history stays).
How do I get an account?
Titan CRM is invite-only. A company Admin creates your user in Users and the system emails you an invitation link; open it to register. There is no public sign-up.
Can I log in with Facebook?
No. You log in with email and password. Facebook is used only inside the app to connect ad accounts, not to authenticate.
Where can I see an auto-rule's execution history?
On the Auto Rules History page — it lists past runs with filters, and each run opens to show the triggered conditions and executed actions. A Telegram notification is still sent when a rule fires.
