Facebook / Meta Ads
Source of spend and ads. Syncs ad accounts, campaigns, spend and statuses.
- Connected via OAuth (a separate Facebook Auth Proxy service); the token is stored encrypted.
- Powers the Facebook Accounts, Content and Campaigns Statistics modules.
- The token doesn't refresh itself — on expiry the account must be reconnected.
Keitaro / Binom
The tracker (one per company). Source of clicks, conversions and revenue.
- Data is matched with Facebook by Sub Id / Token parameters (configured in Settings).
- Conversion types: Register, First Time Deposit, Repeat Deposit.
- CRM queries the tracker live — data isn't stored in the CRM database.
Telegram
The primary notification channel. Connected per user in Personal settings.
- Notifications when auto-rules fire.
- Warnings about Facebook account token expiry.
