Notifications

Titan CRM notifies you about things that need attention. Telegram is the main push channel; there is also an in-app bell.

What you get notified about

  • An auto-rule fired and took action on your accounts.
  • A Facebook account's token is about to expire or has expired — only the account owner is notified.

Connect Telegram

Open Settings → Personal and click Connect Telegram, then authorize the bot. It is per-user — each person connects their own Telegram. Optional, but strongly recommended if you manage auto-rules or Facebook accounts.

In-app notifications

The bell icon in the header shows recent notifications inside the app, even without Telegram.
