Access & setup

How you get into Titan CRM, sign in, and what each role sets up.

Getting access

  1. A company Admin invites you by email in Users, with your role — for a Buyer also a Team Lead and a unique Buyer Code.
  2. Open the invite link and register: First name, Last name, Password (8–16 characters).
  3. From then on you sign in with your email and password. There is no public sign-up.
The exception is the first Admin — they receive their email and password directly from the Titan CRM team instead of an invite.

Setup by role

Admin

  1. Set up the tracker in Settings → Company: choose Keitaro or Binom, enter the URL and API key (and version for Keitaro), then map the Tracking Configuration (Sub Id / Token parameters + conversion types). Done once.
  2. Create Teams and invite users in Users — Managers, Team Leads and Buyers. Each Buyer needs a Team Lead, a unique Buyer Code (matching their tracker campaign group) and a creative permission.
  3. Optionally manage Auto Rules. Admin sees no analytics — the role is purely administrative.

Manager

  1. Nothing to set up — company-wide analytics (Campaigns Statistics, Content, Reports) are available right away; managing Agents and Auto Rules is optional.

Team Lead Buyer

  1. Connect your own Facebook accounts in Facebook Accounts (you manage only your own).
  2. Analyze your whole team's data in Campaigns Statistics, Content and Reports; create Personal or Team Auto Rules.

Buyer

  1. Connect your Facebook accounts in Facebook Accounts.
  2. Make sure your tracker campaign group matches the Buyer Code the Admin assigned — otherwise your data won't appear.
  3. Analyze your own campaigns in Campaigns Statistics, Content and Reports; create Personal-scope Auto Rules.

Signing in

Enter your email and password on the login page. On success you land on your role's home page (Admin → Users; Manager / Team Lead / Buyer → Campaigns Statistics). “Remember me” keeps you signed in longer.

Forgot / reset password

  1. Click “Forgot password?” and enter your email.
  2. Open the reset link from the email.
  3. Set a new password (8–16 characters, letters and digits).

Email change confirmation

If your email address is changed, you confirm it via a link sent to the new address before the change takes effect.
