Settings

Company settings (Admin only): name, tracker (Keitaro/Binom), connection and tracking configuration. Personal settings — for every role.

Access

Screen blocks

  • General (company) — company name, tracker type (Keitaro or Binom).
  • Tracker connection — URL and API key of your tracker; for Keitaro also the version (V10 or V11). CRM uses these to query the tracker on every request.
  • Tracking configuration — maps each Facebook value to a tracker parameter (Ad Account ID, Ad ID, creative name, approach) and names the conversion types (Register / FTD / RD).
  • Personal settings — connect Telegram for notifications.

Scenario — «Connect the company to a tracker»

  1. Settings → Company → choose the tracker type (Keitaro/Binom).
  2. Enter the URL, API key (and version for Keitaro).
  3. In “Tracking configuration” map Sub Id/Token and conversion types.
  4. Save — analytics then pulls from the tracker automatically.

Good to know

  • Connection: the tracker URL and API key let CRM query your tracker; the Keitaro version (V10 / V11) only changes which conversion-date field is read (OAS can be inaccurate on V10).
  • Matching parameters — each maps a Facebook value to a Binom Token (or Keitaro Sub Id): Ad Account ID matches ad accounts, Ad ID attributes Facebook spend to clicks, Creative name links clicks to creatives, and Approach code fills the creative's Approach.
  • Conversion types: the names of the tracker conversions that count as Register, First Time Deposit and Repeat Deposit (e.g. Binom reg / fd / redep, Keitaro lead / sale / rebill).
  • Fake click date parameter (Binom): the Token where CRM writes and reads the date of a generated fake click, so the fake click is counted on the correct day.
  • Fake click event parameter (Binom): the Binom event CRM tags on generated fake clicks to mark them — so they are recognized and kept out of real conversion statistics.
  • Click country parameter (Binom): the Token that holds a click's country; CRM uses it to spread fake clicks across geos in proportion to Facebook's per-country spend.
  • Binom display timezone: the timezone your Binom shows dates in (Binom's own setting, not CRM's) — CRM uses it to read Binom dates correctly. Defaults to Europe/Kiev.
  • Telegram: in Personal settings click Connect Telegram and authorize the bot — it links your account so you receive auto-rule and token-expiry notifications. Per-user and optional.
  • Set the Tracking configuration ONCE at onboarding — changing the mapping later creates a data gap, because CRM stores nothing and queries the tracker live on every request.
