Campaigns Statistics

The main analytics screen. Shows campaign performance in a table with drill-down up to 7 levels. Data is aggregated from the tracker (Keitaro/Binom) and Facebook Ads.

Access

AdminNoneManagerFullTeam Lead BuyerTeamBuyerOwn

Data does not load automatically. After choosing filters click “Apply filters” — the query can be heavy, so it runs on demand.

Screen blocks

  • Filters — Teams, Users, Partners, Offers, Countries + date range (presets: Today, Yesterday, Last Week, This Month, Last 90 Days…).
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly aggregation — switches how rows are grouped over time (the date range stays the same).
  • Drill-down table — Date → Team → User → Partner → Offer → Ad Account → Creative. Each level loads on expand (the › arrow).
  • Columns — pick visible columns, hide OAS, create a custom metric (Manager).
  • Export — export the table with current filters to Excel.

Scenario — «Find and pause a loss-making combo»

  1. Pick a period (e.g. Daily, last 7 days) and click “Apply filters”.
  2. Sort by ROI ascending — loss-makers on top.
  3. Expand the row down to the Creative level to find the weak combo.
  4. Pause the relevant campaigns (e.g. via Auto Rules) and snapshot the slice via Export.

Good to know

  • A Buyer physically sees only their own data — filtered by buyerCode server-side.
  • A “Not connected” ad account exists in the tracker but isn't linked in CRM. 👁 shows the real Facebook Ad Account IDs.
  • Tracker data and Facebook spend sync every 30 min (the last 7 days are always refreshed).
  • Export: max range 90 days, up to 5 concurrent exports per company.
  • The number next to “Campaigns statistics” in the header is the count of loaded date rows, not the number of filters.
  • OAS comes in two flavours — by FTD and by Register — each with time windows (0h/1h/3h/7h/Unlimited). It reveals the payback “long tail”: a combo can look unprofitable on day 1 but turn positive once delayed deposits arrive.
  • How data is linked: buyerCode → tracker campaign group; Ad ID → adIdParameter (exact); Ad Account → adAccountIdParameter (substring / CONTAINS); Creative → creativeNameParameter (exact).
  • Aggregation (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) only changes how rows are grouped — it never changes the selected date range.
